The safety and comfort of all our guests is our top priority on Cappadocia balloon tours. Please review the important information we have prepared for our passengers with special conditions.
Safety assessment: The assessment of whether children can fly is evaluated by pilots based on meteorological conditions, whether child passengers can stay safely in the basket during the flight, and whether they can take the landing position.
Safety rules: If conditions are not suitable, the flight will not be conducted even if the individuals agree. Child passengers are only accepted with their parents present and with their consent.
Important: With pilot approval and parental signature, children under 5 years old can be included in the flight after necessary precautions.
Strict policy: Passengers who are pregnant or suspect they are pregnant will not be accepted for the flight, even if they give their consent.
Notification: Information that pregnant passengers will not be flown is available on the company's website, brochures, flight information cards and other media. Pilots also remind this once again during the briefing when they deem it necessary.
Warning: The company and pilot are not responsible for passengers who are pregnant but conceal their pregnancy.
Individual assessment: In case of passengers with disabilities, the pilot decides whether they can fly based on their disability status.
Approval process: If they are to be flown, the flight is conducted after obtaining the individual's consent.
Safety priority: If the disability status is not suitable for the flight, especially for taking the landing position, the individual will not be accepted for the flight even if they consent.
